Japan Airlines (JAL), Japan’s first international airline, wanted to improve their customers’ payments experiences in airport retail stores, souvenir shops, in-flight sales, and beyond. Episode Six has enabled JAL to offer travelers a multi-currency wallet accessible through JAL Pay.
JAL Pay is connected to JAL’s current loyalty program, enabling mileage to be converted to points that can be used like cash, during or after the point of purchase. E6 handles the transaction processing and the issuance and management of the accounts, prepaid cards, and wallets.
